At Stoked On Foiling, we offer our customers peace of mind with a 14-day flexible return and credit policy. If the item has not yet been shipped, you can request a full refund (An admin fee may be deducted from your refund amount).
Easy returns within 14 days
We understand that purchasing foiling gear is a significant investment, so we provide the following easy return and credit policy. We are also available before you make your purchase to give free advice and recommendations based on our first-hand experience using all the products we sell (not including apparel).
Return and credit policy
- You have the option to return any product purchased from us within 14 days from the date of shipment. The cost of return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
- To be eligible for a return and store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (This is important if your item/s are a gift. If you are a direct customer, we can look this up for you.)
- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment to be eligible for a store credit.
Fair pricing policy
We are committed to maintaining a fair pricing policy.
In the event of any inadvertent pricing errors in our advertisements:
- We reserve the right not to supply the product at the incorrectly advertised price.
- We will inform you of the correct price before finalising the order, giving you the choice to proceed with the purchase or cancel.
Store credits offer a flexible solution for returned items:
- Returned items, once reviewed and approved, will earn you a store credit which can be used towards future purchases from Stoked On Foiling.
- These store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, providing ample time for you to find the perfect replacement product.
How to start a return

If your return is accepted, in most cases we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives in a damaged box, be sure to take a photo of the box, and if you're unsure, don't accept the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure, please contact us with any questions before making your purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit has been approved. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit. You will be notified of this store credit via email or SMS. If more than 15 business days have passed since you returned a product, please email info@stokedonfoiling.com.au.
